Join Electron Beam Spectroscopy for Nanooptics 2021

We invite you to join the virtual conference organised by the eBEAM consortium: Electron Beam Spectroscopy for Nanophotonics 2021.

This virtual conference will take place on the 14th and 15th of June, and will aim to review the state-of-the-art electron spectroscopy for nanophotonics. The conference will consist of invited talks, contributed talks, and e-poster presentations.

The conference will focus on nanophotonics, the study of light at the nanoscale, which has experienced dramatic growth in recent years. During the two days various novel techniques that combine the use of electron beams with optical spectroscopy, will be discussed. These include, for instance, cathodoluminescence imaging spectroscopy (CL) and Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy (EELS), which use high-energy beams in an SEM or TEM. To learn more information about the program, speakers and participation, please visit the conference's website.
