On the 26th of March, 20 participants joined the first hands-on Delphi workshop at the MPI-CBG in Dresden to learn about correlative microscopy and to get experience with our newest correlative solution, the Delphi.
The Delphi is the world's first, fully integrated correlative microscope. It consists of a fluorescence microscope integrated in a tabletop scanning electron microscope and allows you to correlate two different types of information on the exact same cell, tissue or structure of interest.
The workshop kicked off with a tour of the (very impressive) microscopy facilities of the MPI and was followed by inspiring lectures given by researchers from the CRTD, the MPI and Biotec in Dresden.
In the afternoon, invited participants took part in discussions about sample preparation and the hands-on demonstration of the Delphi.
We would like to thank all participants and organizers for making the first Delphi workshop a great success
We look forward to the next workshop in Copenhagen which is held in the CFIM and hosted by Prof. Klaus Qvortrup. Click here if you want to sign up for this event.
